Shipping Policy
Delivery Information:
1. Shipping Options: We offer standard and expedited shipping options for domestic orders.
2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Times: Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Shipping Costs: The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
6. International Shipping: For international orders, please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Any customs duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened or used may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@everybodyess.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
6. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
